👨‍💻 About the role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the user-facing experience of our platform and driving high-quality frontend architecture. You will design and build scalable, performant frontend applications that directly support our business objectives and product strategy.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of frontend engineering efforts, ensure product and technical excellence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across locations. You’ll help set frontend best practices, contribute to strategic technical decisions, and push the product toward long-term success.

👨‍💻 In this role you will

• Create innovative software engineering efforts, drive the design, and development that solve or strategically address business objectives.

• Ensure product excellence, technical excellence, and performance.

• ​Uphold engineering best practices (functional testing, performance testing, instrumentation, experiments, etc.).

• ​Flexibility. Collaborate with teams across the globe (so far Prague and SF).

• Help the team push toward our strategic goals.

📖 Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience building frontend applications in a production environment.

• Solid understanding of data structures or algorithms gained through academic or industry experience.

📖 Preferred qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience working across the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, productionization, and maintenance.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and locations.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity in complex engineering problems.
